Estate Masterplan

The overarching aim of the Hovingham Estate is to assist the development of Hovingham into a sustainable and vibrant community that can provide and sustain services, employment and housing to meet the needs of the community now and into the future, whilst preserving and enhancing the built and environmental heritage within the Estate and protecting the characteristics of the settlement and the surrounding countryside.
