Property to Let

The Hovingham Estate owns a number of properties in the village, both residential and business. From time to time, these are available to let unfurnished, generally on leases of 2 to 7 years duration. The residential properties are mostly 2 and 3 bedroom cottages, but the Estate also owns a small number of 4 to 9 bedroom detached houses, which occasionally are available to rent.
