The Hovingham Estate owns a number of the properties in the village, both residential and business, which do become available for rent from time to time. Hovingham is a popular village in which to live and we aim to provide rented accommodation to suit a range of budgets. Unlike many private Landlords who only let on 6 month tenancies, we are in a position to offer much longer leases, giving certainty of occupation. Many of our tenants stay with us for a further term on the expiry of their first lease.
